Hello there! I’m Rebecca, but you can call me Bex—the driving force behind MenoPowHer HQ.

This space is my heart's response to the journey of perimenopause menopause and beyond, a path I've personally been  navigating. Now at 46, I stand ready to guide you through its complexities with a blend of empathy, expertise, and genuine desire to empower your transformation. Inspire you and create impact!

With an extensive background in the wellness and beauty industry, including personal training and nutrition, I bring a holistic approach to every aspect of MenoPowHer HQ. My journey has taught me that nutrition is our fuel, (and i don't just mean the food we eat, but all the other ways that you can nourish your body) it's just a part of the journey. It's about creating a balanced, personalised plan that respects what your whole body needs, especially during menopause.

My search for "something more" led me to holistic wellness, unfolding into a passion for life, business, and spiritual coaching. As a Reiki Master/Teacher, meditation facilitator, and practitioner of crystal healing, I offer you paths to inner peace and resilience. These practices are the foundation of the spiritual support at MenoPowHer HQ, aiming to balance your energy and heal from within.

But wellness isn't solely a spiritual journey; it encompasses the physical too. My expertise as a personal trainer and fitness instructor integrates physical vitality with inner peace. I design personalised workout plans focused on your needs—be it gaining strength, losing weight, or re finding confidence in your evolving physique. It's about harmonising your hormones, your physical and spiritual well-being, ensuring you feel supported and vibrant at every step.
